The "Time Imprint" necklace is the one people come back to most. You send a clear photo or scan of a handprint or footprint, we reduce it to a wearable scale and cast it in 999 fine silver. Parents order it in the first weeks; grandparents order it years later. Either way it is a shape that exists nowhere else, so there is no chance of meeting somebody wearing the same thing.
For something smaller, the 999 fine silver letter studs are made in any initial and suit anyone. The engraved heart bracelet takes a short message — "Hakuna Matata" is on ours, but yours can say whatever you want it to say. Each order is made individually, which means it takes time; we tell you the lead time rather than pretending it ships tomorrow.

- Place your order, then reply to the order email with a clear, well-lit photo or scan of the print, drawing or handwriting you want used. Black ink on clean white paper scans best.
- How long does a custom piece take?
- Longer than our ready-made pieces, because yours does not exist yet. Each item is made to order by hand; the current lead time is stated on the product page.
- Can I return a personalized piece?
- Because each custom piece is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If anything arrives damaged or not as agreed, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
- What exactly can be personalised?
- Initials, names, short engraved messages, and hand or footprints cast into silver. If you have something specific in mind, message us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it can be done.
- Do you gift wrap?
- Yes. Every order arrives boxed and ready to give, and we can hand-write a short note instead of printing one if you ask.
