1. Delivery Service
We offer door-to-door delivery to customers worldwide: parcels ship directly from China to the address you provide, fully trackable — no self-pickup or freight forwarding needed.
Coverage:
- Worldwide: door-to-door delivery to most countries.
- Key regions: Europe, North America, Australia, the Middle East, South Asia and East Asia all enjoy door-to-door delivery.
- A few remote addresses may not be serviceable — please contact us before ordering to confirm.
Dispatch time: orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days after payment is confirmed.
Transit time: international orders typically arrive in 3-7 working days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Shipping cost: calculated by destination and parcel weight; free shipping applies above a certain order amount — see the checkout page for details. For the full rules, please read the Shipping Policy.
Duties & taxes: cross-border orders may incur duties and taxes of the destination country or region (if applicable), usually borne by the recipient.
2. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds follow our Return & Refund Policy. The core rules are:
- Before the goods leave China: you may cancel the order for a full refund — no return shipping required.
- After the goods leave China: a refund requires returning the item, together with all accessories, to China. We will process the refund once the return is received and passes inspection (return shipping is borne by the buyer).
- Received an item with quality issues, a wrong item, or missing pieces? Contact our support within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
