Orders are processed within 2–4 business days and shipped from our warehouse in China to the delivery address you provide. Delivery typically takes 4–12 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Returns & Refunds
Every piece is handmade to order, so we cannot accept a return, an exchange or a cancellation for non-quality reasons. If your item arrives with a genuine quality problem, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will repair, exchange or refund it — and we cover the return shipping cost for confirmed quality problems.
