Orders & Pricing

All prices are shown in USD and include the charges displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped from China. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Every piece is handmade to order, so we cannot accept a return, an exchange or a cancellation for non-quality reasons. If your item arrives with a genuine quality problem, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will repair, exchange or refund it; for confirmed quality problems we cover the return shipping cost.
